Return & Refund Policy

At AstroKavach, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product received

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the shipping label

  • Clearly show the damaged or wrong product received

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


Return Process

  1. Email us at astrokavach.in@gmail.com

  2. Share your:

    • Order ID

    • Issue details

    • Clear photos/videos

    • Mandatory unboxing video

  3. Our team will review the request within 2–4 business days.

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.


Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after:

  • The returned product is received by us

  • The product passes inspection

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used products

  • Minor color/texture variations in natural stones

  • Orders requested after 3 days of delivery
